SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time We currently ship to Austria and Germany. Estimated delivery times are 7–15 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order online.

Customs & Duties For orders within Austria and Germany, no additional customs fees apply as we ship within the EU.
